Mr. Wendell Frank Pharris, age 75, died Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at the Jackson Madison County Hospital.
Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be Saturday, January 17, 2015, at 2:00 P.M. Murphy Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday.
Mr. Pharris was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Brummitt Pharris; his parents, Frank Calvin Pharris and Sarah Loftis Pharris. He is survived by his son, Michael Pharris of Longmont, Colorado; his daughter, Jennie Pharris Abbott of Jackson, Tennessee; two sisters, Nancy Brittle of Nashville, TN and Mary Jo Hess of Florida.
Mr. Pharris retired from security at the Martin-Marrietta Corporation.
