Walter Nanney

Mr. Walter David Nanney, age 71, of Martin passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024, at his home.

Murphy Funeral Home will be handling the cremation arrangements. There will be no services per his request.

Mr. Nanney is survived by his wife, Glenda Clendenin Nanney; his son, Paul (Lauren Moore) Nanney of Murfreesboro, TN and his daughter, Carrie Hester of Smyrna, TN; three brothers, Robert Nanney of South Fulton, TN, John (Kelly) Nanney of Sharon, TN and Pat (Sandra Dodd) Nanney, Jr. of Olive Branch, MS; grandchildren, Parker Nanney, Karen Hester, Alayna Wade and Harrison Cooper.

He was a retired salesman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat K. Nanney, Sr. and Christine Capps Nanney; his son-in-law, Michael Hester.
