Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 7, 2009, at Oak Grove Baptist Church on Peach Street in Martin. Burial will follow in Parham Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday at Oak Grove beginning at 12:00 Noon for one hour prior to the funeral service.

Survived by sons, Donavan Daniels of Henning, Tn and Sterling Owens, IV of Martin
Survived by daughter, Carmesha Owens of Martin
Survived by sisters, Carol Black, Linda Murphy, Angela Johnson, Lillie Murphy
Preceded in death by brother, Jerome Murphy
Mrs. Owens was a Registered Nurse and formally worked at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
She was a member of Progressive Baptist Church in Martin.
