Mr. Frazer is survived by his wife, Carrie Castillo Frazer, Dresden TN; two daughters, Danielle Christine Frazer, Mobile Al, and Kassie Karen Frazer, Las Cruces, NM; a son, Cody James Frazer, San Angelo, TX; a step son, Larry Parra, Calif.; his mother, Karen Anderson Chivers, Neola, Utah; two brothers, Wesley and Whit Frazer, Dresden TN; two sisters, Melissa Chivers Taylor, Neola, Utah, and Cheryl Frazer Spalding, Yucapia, Calif.
Mr. Frazer was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Frazer.
