Mr. Tommy Douglas Willoughby, age 53, died Thursday, 10/06/2011, at Volunteer Community Hospital.

Funeral service will be Thursday, 10/13/2011, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church; 1:00 P.M. Visitation will begin after 11:00 A.M. at the church until funeral time at 1:00 P.M.

Mr. Willoughby is survived by his son, Adrian Oliver of Martin; mother, Gwen Willoughby Smith of Martin; step-father, Col. Bob Smith of Martin; sisters, Marilyn Janice Evans of Martin, Wanda Louise Neal of Louisville, KY, Tammy Lofton Owens of Martin; brothers, Wardell Owens, Jr. of Tucoma, WA, James Robert Owens of Martin, Stevie Leon Owens of Martin; step-brothers, Freddie Mack Johnson of Union City, Rev. David McDonald of Dresden; his former wife, Dixie Willoughby.

Mr. Willoughby was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church and attended Westview High School.
