Tommy Andrews

Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Cecil Andrews, age 81, died Thursday, March 11, 2021, at his residence.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, March 16, 2021, 3:00 P.M. at New Home Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Potts officiating.  Burial will follow in Cane Creek Cemetery with Military Honors in Rives, Tennessee.  Visitation will be Tuesday at the church beginning 1:00 P.M. until service time at 3:00.

Pallbearers are Brandon McMinn, Dustin Sands, Don Savers, Stephen Rush, Eric Savers, and Chuck Collier.  Honorary Pallbearers are Isaac Copeland, John Connell and Xander Connell.

Mr. Andrews is survived by his wife, Nina Savers Andrews of Martin; his daughters, Cindy Copeland of Rives, TN, Teresa McMinn of Panama City Beach, FL and Dawn (John) Connell of Pensacola, FL; sister, Rachel Cooper of Pine Tops, North Carolina; five grandchildren, Lacey Rush, Brandon (Courtney) McMinn, Dustin (Christie) Sands, Isaac Copeland and Xander Connell; nine great-grandchildren, Sydney, Carleigh and Asher Rush, Avery Reece and Brody McMinn, Kailee Giambelluca, Koleton,  Aniston and Adleigh Sands.

Tommy retired from Mar-Tenn Hams.  He was a member of New Home Baptist Church and was a veteran, U.S. Army Reserve/National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Viron Andrews and Effie Anderson Andrews; sisters, Nancy Barfield, Joyce Dixon and Delilah Andrews.
