Mr. Thomas Everette (Tom) Elder, age 80, died Monday, 11/01/2010, at Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Florida.
Celebration of Life and Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 6, 2010, at Murphy Funeral Home; 2:00 P.M. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, two hours prior to the service.
Mr. Elder was preceded in death by his wife, Berdyne Elder, and his parents, James B. Elder and Madelyn Smith Elder. He is survived by sons, David Bryan Elder of Ocala, Florida, Ricky Thomas Elder of Holly Hill, Florida and Michael Scott Elder of Oklahoma City, OK.
Mr. Elder was retired from A.C. Spark Plug Company in Flint, Michigan. He was U.S. Army (Korea) veteran.
