Mr. Teddy Smith, age 50, died Saturday, February 11, 2017, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN.
A Memorial Visitation with the family will be held Thursday, February 16, from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Martin.
Mr. Smith was an electrician at The University of Tennessee at Martin and attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Martin,TN. He attended both Sharon High School and Westview High School.
He is survived by his wife, Kari Pitcher Smith; his daughter, Kristen(Graylon)Perkins; his son, Dylan Smith; and his two granddaughters, Maddie Elizabeth Perkins and Paisyn Wren Perkins, all of Martin, TN; his sisters, Angela Simpson of Kenton, TN and Pam Copan of Vancouver, Canada; three brothers, Ricky Smith of Nashville, Dennis Smith of Newbern, TN and Randy Smith of Kentucky.
Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents, John Wayne Smith and Linda Fowler Smith; one step-brother, Corey Smith.
