Mr. Scottie Glen Betts, age 37, died Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at his residence.

Funeral service will be Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Murphy Funeral Home; 3:00 P.M. Burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, July 19, 2013, from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Mr. Betts is survived by his children, Carter Wyatt Betts and Mattie Carol Betts both of New York; his father, Coit (Beth)Betts of Martin; his brother, Bill Betts of Louisana; his sister, Michelle (Darren) Fisher of Martin.

Scottie was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Lee Graham Betts.

Scottie was employed with Inco Irrigation Systems. He attended Westview High School.
