Sandra Pflueger Van Sise

Mrs. Sandra "Sandy"  Pflueger Van Sise died Sunday, September 24, 2023, at her home.

A CELEBRATION OF LIFE WILL BE HELD AT A LATER DATE.  MURPHY FUNERAL HOME WILL POST DATE AND TIME ON THIS WEBSITE WHEN ARRANGEMENTS BECOME AVAILABLE.   

Mrs. Van Sise is survived by her husband, Keith Van Sise; two daughters, Alexandra (Brandon) Van Sise Howe and Savanah (Donny) Van Sise; her mother, Irene Pflueger of Nashville (formerly of Martin, TN); one granddaughter, Leni Howe.

She was a 1979 graduate of Westview High School and a graduate of the School of Pharmacy in Birmingham, Alabama.  She was currently working as a pharmacist in the Nashville area.

Sandy was a joyous soul with an infectious smile.  She touched the lives of every person she crossed paths with.  She didn't know a stranger and always saw the best in everyone.  Her family was her world, especially her granddaughter, Leni.  She loved the sun on her face and the sand between her toes.  She had a passion for pharmacy since the young age of 12.  To know her was to love her and know that she loved you just as much.  Please help us honor her by sharing a smile and laughter with those you love.
