Mrs. Sandra Lee Choate, age 65, of Martin died Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Murphy Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. Bro. Charlton Young will officiate the service.
Mrs. Choate was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Thomas Choate; her parents, Emerson Fetter and Inez Flory Fetter. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Choate of Martin; one granddaughter, Kathryn Elizabeth Choate-Eddings of Martin.
Mrs. Choate was a homemaker.
