Samuel Stockton

Mr. Samuel Wayne Stockton, age 80, of Martin passed away Sunday, December 22, 2024, at West Tennessee Volunteer Hospital.

Memorial Visitation and Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. at New Home Baptist Church in Martin.  

Mr. Stockton is survived by his wife, Linda Linhart Stockton of Martin; two sons, Jeff (Allison) Stockton also of Martin and Stephen (Shelia) Stockton of Florida; one brother, Bill Stockton of Dothan, Alabama; one sister, Vicki Cunningham of Topeka, Kansas; three grandchildren, Joshua Judson, Avery and Landry Stockton.

He was retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.  He was a veteran, U.S. Navy , and was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Jayhawks and Tennessee Volunteers. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Wayne Stockton and Helen Angus Claudell Stockton.
