Sallie Mae Pope

Mrs. Sallie Mae Tipton Pope, age 74, died Saturday, 10/02/2010, at her home.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 10/08/2010, at 11:00 AM at the Old Fulton Road Church of Christ, with burial to follow at Parham Cemetery, Martin TN. Visitation will be Thursday, 10/07/2010, between 5:00 PM & 7:00 PM at Murphy Funeral Home; her remains will be taken to the Church Friday at 10:00 AM untill service time.

Sallie was survived by her husband, Henry H. Pope of Martin; sisters, Sarah Bell Tipton of South Bend, Indiana, Annie Bell Jones of Tiptonville, Tn and Rebecca Tipton of South Fulton, TN; one brother, Willis Tipton of San Antonia, TX. She is survived by many neices and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George Tipton and Sadie Reed Tipton.

Mrs. Pope was a member of Old Fulton Road Church of Christ. She was retired from Murphy Florist where she managed and was a floral designer for 44 years.
