Ruth Ann Brewer

Mrs. Ruth Ann Myers Brewer, age 75, of Sharon died Monday, December 31, 2018, at her residence.  

Funeral service will be Thursday, January 3, 2019, 1:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Sams and Rev. David Brown officiating.   Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sharon. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 2, 2019, from 4:00 P. M. - 7:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church, or after 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the church until funeral time. 

Pallbearers are Eric Brewer, Kyle Brewer, Jimmy Brewer, Tommy Brewer, Guy Shanklin, Ryan Shanklin, Chris Capps and Clint Capps.

Mrs. Brewer is survived by her husband, William E. Brewer of Sharon; her sons, Thomas(Sue) Brewer of Martin and William Allan Brewer of Sharon; her mother, Ruth Maxine Tanner Myers of Union City; her sister, Sherry Lee Shanklin of Union City; two grandsons, Matt (Katie) Brewer and Chad (Samantha) Brewer; two great-grandchildren, Owen William Brewer and Katherine Hope Brewer. 

Mrs. Brewer retired from Wormser Clothing Company. She was a graduate of Union City High School and a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Myers; one grandchild, Hope Brewer.
