Ruby Tuck

Mrs. Ruby N. Tuck, age 92, died Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Van Ayer Nursing and Rehab Center in Martin.

Funeral service will be Saturday, September 11, 2021, 11:30 A.M. at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Kylan Mann officiating.  Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 A.M. until funeral time at 11:30.

Pallbearers are Jamie Tuck, Will Tuck, Richard Kelly, Mark Rushing, Keith Davis and Ronnie Parks.  Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. Mark Gaylord, Dr. Lane Cowsert, Tommy Tuck and Michael Tuck.

Mrs. Tuck was preceded in death by her husband, William Robert "Wayne" Tuck; her parents, William Arthur "Ottie" Derington and Lela Brown Lasater Derington; two brothers, Ottie Lee "Ted" Derington and Joe B. Derington; half-brothers and sisters, Ed Derington, Beauton Parks, Othel Dunning, Lola Mae Parks and Hattie Stanfill.

She was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church in Martin.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Gail Tuck; her grandson, Jamie (Amy) Tuck; her great-grandson, Will Tuck.
