Ronald J. Arant

Mr Ronald J. Arant, age 68, of the McConnell Community, died Sunday, 01/02/2011, at the Volunteer Community Hospital.

Funeral service will be Thursday, January 6, 2011, at Murphy Funeral Home; 11:00 A.M. Burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 5, 2011, at the funeral home; 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Mr Arant was a member of the McConnell Baptist Church, and a graduate of Martin High School, and retired Air Force Veteran.

Mr Arant is survived by his wife, Glenda Hastings Arant, of Martin TN, two sons, Jayton Scott Arant, Martin TN, and Shannon Lee Arant, Winter Haven Fla., two sisters, Diana Kivett, Washington, Debra Bartholomew, Orlando Fla., two brothers, Noel Arant, Martin TN, and Joel Arant, Orlando Fla., and five Grandchildren.

Mr Arant was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. Arant and Mary Evelyn Johns Insco.
