Mrs. Roberta Jenece High, age 98, died on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, in Illinois.
Graveside Service will be Thursday, May 10, 2018, 12:00 Noon in Cate Cemetery in Martin with Rev. Carol Cavin-Dillon officiating. Visitation will be at Murphy Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 10th.
Mrs. High is survived by her daughter, Rev. Bettye S. Mixon of Davis, IL; two grandchildren, Dr. Constance Anne Mixon of Chicago, IL and Dina Michelle Zolin of Chandler, AZ; one great-grandchild, Ryan David Zolin.
Mrs. High retired from Director of Human Services for MPL, a subsidiary of Affiliated Hospital Supplies in Chicago. She was a member of Centennial United Methodist Church in Rockford, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Virgil High; her son, Virgil David High; parents, Fonzie and Ella Cavin; sister, Frances Sutter; brother, F.G. "Moe" Cavin.
