Robert Wayne Johnson

Mr. Robert Wayne Johnson, age 63, of Martin died Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN.

Funeral services will be Saturday, 03/05/2011, at 11:00 AM at First United Methodist Church, Martin TN, with burial to follow at Brownsville Memorial Gardens, Brownsville TN. Visitation will be Friday, 03/04/2011, between 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Rita Ray Johnson of Martin; his son, Travis (Melinda) Hart of Athens, TN; his daughters, Candace (Jim) Minor of Lexington, TN, Raye (Patrick) Glass of Mt. Juliet, TN, Becca Johnson of Martin; his mother, Mary Helen Beattie Johnson of Loudon, TN; and four grandchildren.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his father, Graham Johnson; his brother, Gerald Lee Johnson.

Mr. Johnson retired from Hubbell Lighting in Martin. He was a graduate of East Tennessee State University. He was U.S. Army veteran and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Martin.
