Mr. Robert Paul Hogard, age 71, died Monday, 08/10/2015, at his residence.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 14, 2015, at Murphy Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. with a Graveside Service to be held immediately following in Parham Cemetery in Martin. Bro. Jackie Thomas will officiate.
Mr. Hogard is survived by his wife, Linda Brent Hogard of Martin; his daughter, Lorraine Huff of Temecula, California; his sons, Antonio Hogard of Martin and Chris Hogard of Dresden; sister, Shirley Lenoir of Martin; one niece, Stephanie Stone of Houston, Texas; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mr. Hogard formerly worked as a nurse at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin, Martin Heath Care and Birchtree Nursing Home in Clinton, Kentucky. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Martin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Edd Hogard and Henrietta Cavitt Hogard; one sister, Marjorie Gray.
