Mr. R.L. Dane, age 73, of Martin died Monday, May 31, 2011, at his home.
Funeral service will be Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Murphy Funeral Home; 11:00 A.M. Burial to follow in Martin Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, June 4, 2011, beginning at 9:30 A.M. until funeral time at 11:00 A.M.
Mr. Dane was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Sue Gardner Dane. He is survived by his son, Terry A. Dane of Medina, TN; his daughter, Debra Dane Bateman of Martin; half-brother, Randy Dane of Martin; two grandchildren, Brittany Bateman and Christopher Bateman.
Mr. Dane was preceded in death by his parents, R.B. Dane and Lorene Lassiter.
Mr. Dane was a member of Gardner Church of Christ in Martin.
