Ricky Dean Dowland

Mr. Ricky Dean Dowland, age 63, of Rolling Meadows Dr., Martin TN, died Sunday, 02/09/2014, at his home.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, 02/12/2014, at Murphy Funeral Home, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery, Martin TN. Visitation will be Tuesday, 02/11/2014, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

Mr. Dowland was retired from the U.S. Army, he formerly worked for the Martin Police Dept. and the Dresden Police Dept.; he was a member of Ralston Baptist Church.

Mr. Dowland is survived by a stepdaughter, Lois Ann Cianciolo, Medina, TN, a sister, Joan Martin, Martin TN, three step grand children, Rachel Marie Cianciolo, Louis Darrell Cianciolo, Ivy Marina Cianciolo; and a sister-in-law, Sylvia Dowland, Martin TN.

Mr. Dowland was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Diggs Dowland, a brother, Bobby Dowland,
a sister, Sue Mize, and his parents, James Whitman (Doc) and Doris Jean Burpo Dowland.
