Rev. Jerry Wayne Gallimore, Sr., age 76, of Dresden TN, died Thursday, 09/16/2010, at Volunteer Community Hospital, Martin TN.

Funeral services for Rev. Gallimore will be Saturday, 09/18/2010, at 2:00 PM at Murphy Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Dresden TN. Visitation will be Friday, 09/17/2010, between 5:00 PM & 8:00 PM at Murphy Funeral Home.

Rev.Gallimore was a retired Baptist Minister with 48 years in the ministry. Rev. Gallimore was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Sharon TN.

Rev. Gallimore is survived by his wife, Charlotte Baker Gallimore, Dresden TN, two sons, Mark Gallimore, Dresden, TN, Jerry Wayne Gallimore, Jr. Dresden TN, two step daughters, Sherry Payne, Dyersburg TN, Amanda Ward, Martin TN and a step son Ricky Taylor, Dyersburg TN, a sister, Barbara Smith, Dresden TN, and a brother, Donald Gallimore, Dresden TN, four Grandchildren, Jerry W. Gallimore, III, John Gallimore, Tyler Gallimore and Sam Gallimore; and four Step- Grandchildren, Jason Payne, Michael Payne, Ty Ward and Cody Ward.

Rev. Gallimore was preceded in death by his wife Edna Gallimore, a daughter, Diana Lofton, a brother, Pete Gallimore, and his parents, Buford & Clara Belle Davis Gallimore.
