Pat White

Pat White passed away on September 6, 2023 at The Weakley County Nursing Home in Dresden.

Graveside service will be Saturday, September 9, 2023, 1:00 P.M. at East Side Cemetery.  Family and friends may assemble in the cemetery at 12:30.

Pallbearer will be Chris Nielsen, Brad Nielsen, Andy Nielsen, Adam Warren, Ryan Pearman, Paul Nielsen and Karl Warren, III.

She was born in Cottage Grove, TN on April 10, 1927.  She was the daughter of Alton and Gussie Paschall and the sister to Dan Paschall of Cottage Grove.  She graduated from Cottage Grove High School and attended UT Jr. College.

She was married to Joe Wilson White for 49 years before his death in 1996.

Pat was very active and like to travel and watch her grands play all of their different sports, she enjoyed playing golf and cooking.  Cooking was her love language for her family and friends.  She was known for her coconut meringue pie at all the church dinners.  She was an active member of the Martin Church of Christ for over 70 years.

She is survived by her daughters, Beverly Perea (Joseph) of Albuquerque, NM, Marie Nielsen (Paul) of Martin, TN and Martha Warren (Karl) of Jackson, TN.  She was affectionately known as "Grandmama"  "Pat'  "Nana" and "Granny" to her 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and five great great-grandchildren.  Her grandchildren are Ilsa Gregg (Lonnie) Harper's Ferry, VA, Emily White (Brett) Albuquerque, NM, Doug Gough (Marissa) Austin, TX, Alejandra Costick (Stephen)  Albuquerque, NM, Camilla Gurule (Alex) Albuquerque, NM, Chris Nielsen (Sarah) College Grove, TN, Brad Nielsen (Emily) Lawrenceburg, TN, Andy Nielsen (Bethaney) Columbia, TN, Ashley Pearman (Ryan) Nashville, TN and Adam Warren (Theresa) Brentwood, TN.
