Mr. Fred (Nick) Eugene Hastings, age 70, of Martin died Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at Jackson General Hospital.
Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be Saturday, September 21, 2013, at Central Baptist Church in Martin at 2:00 P.M.
Mr. Hastings is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Parker Hastings of Martin; his son, Steve Perkins of Huntingdon Beach, California; his daughters, Vickie (Skip) Espinoza of Dresden, TN and Nickie (Nathan) Hastings; grandchildren, Laurie (Kory) Green, Roger (Kory) Espinoza, Alex (Norma) Espinoza, Tawny Perkins, Emily Perkins; great-grandchildren, Abigail Green, Emma Green and Jackson Espinoza; sisters, Cheryl Tanno of Tucson, AZ and Lynda Schultz, Quarryville, PA.
Mr. Hastings was preceded in death by his parents, Fred E. Hastings and Mary Eberhart Thornhill.
Mr. Hastings was a retired truck driver. He was U.S. Marine Vietnam veteran.
