Newbern Cole

Mr. Newbern V. Cole, age 90, died Thursday at Volunteer Community Hospital. Funeral services will be Friday at Murphy Funeral Home; 2:00 P.M. Burial to follow in Prospect Cemetery in Hollow Rock, TN. Visitation will begin at 1:00 P.M. on Friday.
Mr. Cole is survived by his wife, Mary Almeta Miles Cole of Martin; Step-daughter, Sherry Simmons of Martin; two Step-sons Joe Exum and Reed Exum both of Martin. He was preceded in by parents, Grover C. Cole and Martha Jewell McClure Cole.
Mr. Cole retired for H.I.S. Company in Bruceton. He was a member of the Gardner Church of Christ and a U.S. Army WW II Veteran.
