Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, 02/28/2009, at Murphy Funeral Home, with burial to follow at East View Cemetery, Union City, TN. Visitation will be Friday, 02/27/2009, between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Preceded in death by her husband, Elmo Callis
Survived by son and daughter; James E. Callis of Martin, and Marilyn Ballas of Fulton, KY
Preceded in death by parents, Omar Johnson and Christine Tompkins Johnson
Survived by five grandchildren
Mrs. Callis was a supervisor with Brown Shoe Company for 34 years. She was a member of Cypress Creek Baptist Church.
