Nancy Jo Adams

Miss Nancy Jo Adams, age 69, of Union City, TN, died Wednesday, 03/23/2022, at AHC Nursing Home, Union City, TN.

Funeral services will be Saturday, 03/26/2022, at 1:00 PM at Murphy Funeral Home, with Rev. Justin Hiens officiating, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery, Martin, TN.  Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 AM untill service time.

Pallbearers serving will be Larry Mitchell, Brian Hughes, Charlie Bone, B. J. Phillips, Bro Sam Coleman, and Dr. Kirk Stone.

Nancy was a member of Second Baptist Church of Union City; she was a member of the first graduating class of Westview High School (1971).

Nancy was retired from DeKalb Company, of Union City, working in research.

Nancy is survived by her niece, Brianne Stockdale and a nephew, Brent T. Adams, both of Martin, TN; and several great nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Claudine Patterson.

Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, John William Adams, her nephew, Brad Adams, and her parents, Joe Thomas and Mary Hazel Summers Adams.
