Mrs. Nancy Ann Clark Whitehead House, age 83, of Martin, TN, died Sunday, 04/17/2016, at Jackson Madison County Hospital, Jackson, TN.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 23, 2016, at Martin Church of Christ with Bro. Ricky Phillips officiating. Burial to follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens in Union City, Tennessee. Visitation will be 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. on Friday, April 22, 2016, at Murphy Funeral Home.

Mrs. House is survived by her husband, Fred House, Martin, TN;
her daughter, Cynthia (Robert) Bridges, Howard, OH; her two sons, Duane (Kay) Whitehead, Round Rock, TX, and Bruce (Cynthia) Whitehead, of Raleigh, North Carolina; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one step-grandchild.

She was a member of the Martin Church of Christ.

Mrs. House was preceded in death by her first husband, James C. Whitehead; a sister, Dorothy Eves; her brothers, Jack, Joe Dale, Max, Virgil, and Shelby Clark; one grandchild; one step-grandchild, and her parents, Joseph and Anna Maude Benton Clark.
