Miss Myra J. Boyd, age 77, of Martin died Wednesday, August 19, 2015, at Van Ayer Healthcare and Rehab Center.
Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be Saturday, August 29, 2015, Murphy Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Kylan Mann officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday beginning at 12:00 Noon for one hour prior to service at 1:00 P.M.
Miss Boyd is survived by her brothers and sister-in laws, Robert "Bobby" and Sandra Boyd of Martin and Kent and Patty Boyd of Cookeville, TN; her sister and brother-in-law, Hilda and Jesse Griggs of Nashville. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.W. "Willie" Boyd and Elzie Grisham Boyd; one sister, Madge May; one brother, Billy Joe "Hoppy" Boyd.
Miss Boyd was a computer programmer at The University of Tennessee at Martin. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Martin.
