Mrs. Helen Gammons

Mrs. Helen June Baker Gammons, age 85, died Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at Tennova Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, October 22, 2016, 1:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home with Rev. Mac McCaleb officiating. Burial to follow in Brock Cemetery in Greenfield. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday until funeral time.

Mrs. Gammons was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Jackson Gammons; her son, Don Gammons; her parents, Clay Baker and Alta Mooney Baker; granddaughter, Tiffany Gammons.

Mrs. Gammons was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Martin.

She is survived by her daughters, Jean Gammons and Angela Gammons both of Martin, Sylvia Travis of McKenzie, TN; two grandchildren, Michael (Shayna) Gammons and Kristi (Kevin) Wallace; three great-grandchildren, Christina Gammons, Ty Wallace and Tate Wallace; daughter-in-law, Kathy Bondurant Gammons.
