Mr. Maurice Riddick

Mr. Maurice Riddick, age 87, died Monday, May 20, 2013, at Volunteer Community Hospital.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 1:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Public Wells cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday beginning at 11:00 A.M. until funeral time at 1:00 P.M.

Mr. Riddick was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Adams Riddick; his daughter, Pamela Cobb; his parents, Issac H. Riddick and Lucille Agee Riddick; granddaughter, Traci Riddick; brothers, Herman Riddick, Jr. and Harold Riddick; one sister, Margaret Reddin. He is survived by his son, Michael A. (Linda) Riddick of Dresden; two brothers, Frank (Glenda) Riddick of Clinton, KY and Hiliary (Roxilla) Riddick of California; four grandchildren, Tony, Adam and Malinda Riddick and Corey Cobb; three great-grandchildren, Emily Riddick, Trystan Weatherford and Connor Riddick.

Mr. Riddick was retired from International Harvester and a member of Adams Chapel Baptist Church. He was U.S. Army-WW II veteran.
