Milton R. Buchanan

Mr. Milton R. Buchanan, age 71, of Stella Ruth Road, Martin TN, died Thursday, 01/29/2015, at his home.

Funeral service will be Monday, February 2, 2015, at 2:00 P.M., Murphy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, February 1, 2015, from 2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Mr. Buchanan was a long time farmer in Weakley County. He retired from the Martin Fire Dept. after 27 years of service. He was a graduate of Martin High School and The University of Tennessee at Martin.
Mr. Buchanan is survived by his wife, Janet Connelly Buchanan of Martin; step-daughter, Kim (Jordon) Hipps of Dyersburg, TN; step-son, Rodney Campbell of Martin; one brother, Dr. David Wesley Buchanan of Hawthorne, FL; two nephews, David W. Buchanan and Marcus Buchanan.

Mr. Buchanan was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Doyle and Mary Virginia Collier Buchanan.
