Milton Howerton, Jr.

Mr. Milton D. Howerton, Jr., age 87, died Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin.
Graveside Service will be held in Collier Cemetery on Saturday, February 18, 2017, at 1:30 P.M. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. at Murphy Funeral Home.
Mr. Howerton was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Crouch Howerton. He is survived by his daughter, Patricia (Donnie) Lockard of Union City; two sons, James Howerton and David Howerton both of Martin; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
He was retired from Lennox Corporation and attended New Home Baptist Church. He was a veteran, U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton D. Howerton, Sr. and Mary Victoria Howerton.
