Mrs. Mildred Louise Bowers Thomas, age 91, of 121 Laura St, Martin TN, died Friday, 01/23/2009, at Sumner Regional Hospital, Gallatin, TN.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 28, 2009, at First Baptist Church; 11:00 A.M. Friends may call Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.; Murphy Funeral Home, or after 9:30 A.M. on Wednesday at First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Thomas formerly worked at Merritt Clothing co., and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Martin TN.
Mrs. Thomas is survived by a daughter, Gloria Price, Hendersonville, TN; three sons, Donald Thomas, Conway Ark, Ron Thomas, Knoxville TN, Terry Thomas, Spring Texas. Also surviving are 10 Grandchildren, and 10 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Thomas, and her parents, Carlos & Ruby House Bowers.
