Visitation will be Saturday, May 26, 2007, from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

She is survived by her husband, James "Doc" Covington of Martin. The couple were married on March 30, 1940

Suvived by son, James Steven Covington of Columbia, SC

Suvived by brother and sister, Tom Copleland and Irene Harper both of Martin

Preceded in death by parents, George Perry and Viola Allene Yates Copeland

Preceded in death by brothers, W.D. Copeland, J.R. Copeland and Charles Copeland

Survived by grandchildren, Shane Covington and Cody Covington both of Atlanta, GA

Survived by great-grandchild, Masha Covington of Atlanta, GA

Mrs. Covington was retired from Martin Manufacturing Company and a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.
