Mrs Mildred Cherry Hazlewood, Widow of Virgil Crockett Hazlewood, died Monday 10/16/2006, at Humbolt General Hospital.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday 10/18/2006 at the Gadsden Baptist Church, Gadsden Tn; Burial will follow in the Gardner Cemetery, near Martin TN.

Visitation will be Tuesday 10/17/2006 between 5:00 & 8:00 PM at the Gadsden Baptist Church. There will be no visitation at Murphy Funeral Home.
