Maurine Bell Woodruff

Mrs. Maurine Bell Woodruff, age 89, of Martin, TN, died Monday, 06/27/2016, at her home.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 30, 2016, at Murphy Funeral Home 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Larry Washburn officiating. Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday for three hours until funeral time at 2:00.

Mrs. Woodruff was a member of Martin First Baptist Church; she was a retired beautician, and a graduate of Martin High School.

Mrs. Woodruff is survived by a daughter, Lisa Jo Woodruff, Los Angeles, CA; two sons, Russell (Tootie) (Carol) Abernathy and Randy
(Claudette) Abernathy both of Union City, TN; a step-son, Lamar (Judy) Woodruff, Memphis, TN; a grandson, Shane (Kaley) Abernathy, Knoxville, TN; and a great-grandchild, Finn Charles Abernathy; and two step-grandchildren, Lorrie and Joey Woodruff.

Mrs. Woodruff was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Woodruff, and her parents, Royce Lee and Mary Shelly Bell.
