Mary Mcconnell

Mrs. Mary Erwin McConnell, age 88, of Martin died Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at her residence.

Funeral service will be Saturday, November 7, 2020, 1:00 PM at First United Methodist Church in Martin with Rev. Randy Cooper officiating.  Burial will follow in East Side Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday beginning at 11:00 AM at the church until service time at 1:00 PM.

Pallbearers are Ben Christiansen, Josh Christiansen, Tim Steffen, Jarod Dielman, David Richie, Zayd Husein and Braheem Husein.

Mrs. McConnell was preceded in death by her husband, Russell V. McConnell; parents, Charles H. Erwin and Ruth McGeehee Erwin; four brothers and four sisters.

She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Martin.

She is survived by her children, Steve McConnell of Dresden, Lenore Christiansen and Judi (Tim) Dielman both of Martin and Kitti (Chris Bennett) McConnell of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
