Mary Catherine Marshall Talley

Mrs. Mary Catherine Marshall Talley, age 80, of Parrish Street, Martin TN, died Monday, 12/07/2009, at VanAyer Manor Nursing Home, Martin TN.

Funeral services will be Thursday, December 10, 2009, at Murphy Funeral Home; 2:00 P.M. Burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 9, 2009, from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Mrs. Talley was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Sam Talley. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Talley of Munford, TN; sons, Larry Talley of Dresden, TN and Mike Talley of Martin; sister, Martha Warren of Union City, TN; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Marshall and Mary Eva Fuqua Marshall; brothers, Estel Marshall, Noble Marshall, Eugene Marshall and John Richard Marshall.

Mrs. Talley worked at Merritt Clothing Company, Martin Manufacturing and Fred's Dollar Store. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Martin.
