Mary Agnes Dunn Pinkston

Mrs. Mary Agnes Dunn Pinkston, age 90, of Martin, TN, died Friday, 01/27/2017, at Tennova Healthcare Volunteer Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday,01/31/2017, at Murphy Funeral Home, with Rev. Bob Copeland and Rev. Terry Griffin officiating, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery, Martin, TN. Visitation will be Monday, 01/30/2017, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the funeral home; and after 10:00 AM Tuesday until service time.

Pallbearers will be Mike Dunn, Scott Ribble, Chris Dunn, Jacob Gatewood, Luke Gatewood and Chuck Pettit.

Mrs. Pinkston was a member of Adams Chapel Baptist Church; she was retired from Martin Manufacturing Co; she was a graduate of Martin High School.

Mrs. Pinkston is survived by a daughter, Linda (Charles) Pettit, Dresden, TN; a son, Bill Higgs, Gibson, TN; three grandchildren, Chuck(Sara) Pettit, Beth(Nicky) Pettit-Todd, and Shannon Higgs; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Doris Ann Hinson, Lexington, TN; and a sister-in-law, Patsy Capps Dunn, Martin, TN.

Mrs. Pinkston was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Higgs and Robert Pinkston; her brothers, Jimmy and John Will Dunn, and her parents,Wendall and Aileen Hutchens Dunn.
