Mrs Martha Taylor Falwell Powell, age 94, of 111 Royal Street, Martin TN,died Friday 01/18/2008 at Martin Health Care.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, 1/21/2008, at First Baptist Church in Martin TN, with burial to follow at East Side Cemetery, Martin TN.

Visitation will be after 9:00 AM Monday, 1/21/2008 at First Baptist Church. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Mrs Powell was a member of First Baptist Church, Martin TN, and a retired bookkeeper. She was a graduate of Martin High School.

Mrs Powell was predeeded in death by her parents, John Vance & Louise Akins Taylor; also preceeded by a brother, Travis Taylor, and two sisters, Mary Mikel & Montez Swearingen Smith.

Mrs. Powell is survived by a sister, Mrs Dorothy (Dottie) Covington, of Martin TN.
