Mrs. Magdeline Chappell (Maggie) Patterson, age 95, of Martin died Sunday, May 29, 2011, at Van Ayer Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at Murphy Funeral Home; 2:00 P.M. Burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday until funeral time at 2:00 P.M.
Mrs. Patterson was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Patterson. She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Patterson. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Kaylene Holt of South Fulton, TN; two grandchildren, Amy Carlos and Kelly Patterson; two great-grandchildren, Cameron Carlos and Maggie Carlos.
Mrs. Patterson was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.
