Ms. Phelps is the widow of Jesse Tuck and the widow of Charlie Phelps
Ms. Phelps was also preceeded in death by brothers Homer Good, John Thomas Good, George Good, and Cecil Good; and sisters Dolene Noah, Laura Mae Dorris; step son Billy Phelps, Sr
Survivors are Sons, Johnny Tuck of Martin, Robert Tuck of Martin; Daughters Jean Bullington of Martin; and Step Daughter Roberta McCain of Lansing, MI.
Ms. Phelps leaves 17 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren, & 7 Great Great Grandchildren
She was retired from VanAyer Nursing Home and was a member of First Baptist Church of Martin.
