Lt. Col.David Alan Oliver, M.D., age 68, of Martin died Friday, May 10, 2013, at Methodist Hospital in Memphis.
Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be Saturday, May 25, 2013, at Murphy Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Oliver is survived by his caregiver, Pat Oliver of Martin; grandchildren, Amanda Mann, Emily Oliver, and Vincent Berry; his step-daughter, Christie (Anthony) Berry of Martin. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Traci Lynn Oliver; his parents, Elmer Oliver and Louise Vowell Oliver.
Family request memorials be made to the church of choice.
