Ms. Winstead is survived by 2 Grandchildren Sarae (Tom) Suratt and Susan (Lance) Patton.
Preceded in death by her husband, W.D. Winstead and Brothers John Calvin Gardner, and James Milburn Gardner
Visitation will be at Murphy Funeral Home on Monday, April 30th from 4pm until 7pm
Graveside Services will be Tuesday, May 1st at 11 am at Eastside Cemetary
