Mr. Linville K. Freeman, age 59, of Martin died Wednesday, 05/25/2011, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral service will be Saturday, May 28, 2011, at Murphy Funeral Home; 2:00 P.M. Burial to follow in East Side Cemetery in Martin. Visitation will be Friday, May 27, 2011, at the funeral home; 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
Mr. Freeman is survived by his wife, Martha Stroube Freeman of Martin; sons, John Robert (Amanda) Freeman and Samuel Ray Freeman both of Martin; brother, Norman (Patsy) Freeman of Martin; one granddaughter, Elliott Katherine (Ellie Kate) Freeman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Bryant Freeman and Felice Branigan Freeman.
With his wife and sons, Mr. Freeman owned and operated Freeman Cattle Company. He was a 1969 graduate of Martin High School and a graduate of The University of Tennessee at Martin. Mr. Freeman was a member of First United Methodist Church in Martin.
Memorials requested to be sent to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
