Kim Kirby

Kimberly Michelle Argo Kirby of Martin, age 55, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 9, 2021, at the home of her parents in South Fulton, Tennessee.

Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be graveside at East Side Cemetery on Friday, May 14, 2021, 1:00 with Paul Tinkle officiating.  Visitation will be Friday at Murphy Funeral Home beginning at 11:00.  

Ms. Kirby is survived by her daughter, Amber Michelle Kirby of Martin; her parents, Jimmy Argo and Karen Frields Argo; brother, James Chad Argo of Martin; sister, Melissa Gayle (Greg) Youree of Springville, Tennessee.

Kimberly worked for many years as superintendent of Martin Parks and Recreation and was a team lead in apparels for Walmart in Martin. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.

Kimberly was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer, Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma, more commonly known as bile duct cancer.  Though she is now healed in Heaven, there is still much work to be done here on Earth.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
