Kevin Childress

Mr. Kevin Morris Childress, age 58, of Martin died Monday, June 14, 2021, at his residence.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 19, 2021, 3:30 P.M. at the Martin Church of Christ Fellowship Hall.  Visitation with the family will begin at 2:00 P.M. at the church until service time.

Mr. Childress was the father of Marlena Childress and the son of the late Marvin Joe and Arlette Morris Childress.

He is survived by his sisters, Keely Childress (Trent) Tyson of Jackson, TN and Kristi Childress (Terry) Ashmore of Martin; his brother, Joe Keith Childress also of Martin.  Kevin was the the uncle of Joe Keith Childress, II, Amin Childress, Hunter Scott, Josh (Lyndsey) Scott, Garrett (Paige) Tyson, Trevor Tyson, Hagen (Jessica) Ashmore, Koby Ashmore, Brittany Ashmore Duke.  He was the great uncle to Lexi, Bryson, Jaxton, Avery and Ayden Childress, Ava, Hadley and Kaylee Tyson, Harbor and Mila Duke, Neyland Scott and Tinley Ashmore.  He was the nephew to Myrtie Wilson and Tera "Tuffy" (Sheri) Morris both of Martin.

Kevin was a graduate of Westview High School and was formerly employed at the Martin Pallet Company.
