Mrs. June McNeil Argo, age 85, died Monday, August 29, 2016, at Greenbrier Meadows in Martin.
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at Murphy Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Benton County Memorial Gardens in Camden, Tennessee. No visitation before the service.
Mrs. Argo was preceded in death by her husbands, Joseph Donald Jenkins and Col. Ulon Argo; her parents, Clayton "Mac" McNeil and Myrtle Hall McNeil; brother, LaVerne McNeil.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna (Don) Danner of Martin, Sandy (Rev. Filmore) Strunk of Matthews, North Carolina and Laura Jenkins Orr of Tuckasegee, North Carolina; step-sons, John Argo of Montgomery, Alabama, Vance (Liz) Argo of Franklin, TN and Dale Thomas Argo of Nashville, TN; brothers, Ivy (Rose) McNeil of Indianapolis, IN and Wayne (Shirley) McNeil of Roanoke, VA; six grandchildren, Jason (Sun-sil) Danner of Lebanon, TN; Tara (Kris) Bradford of Milan, TN, Asher (Mary Kate Finnigan) Strunk of Charlotte, NC, Hannah Strunk of New Orleans, LA, Amber Martin and Zac Orr both of San Antonio, TX; nine great-grandchildren, Avery and Riley Belle Bradford, Dailey, Grace, Jackson and Bin Danner, Dorothy and Rita Strunk Finnigan and Garrett Martin.
Mrs. Argo was a homemaker and a Methodist.
