Julia Rowe Fisher

Mrs. Julia Rowe Fisher died Sunday at Weakley County Nursing and Rehab Center in Dresden.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fisher will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, 11/21/2009, at the First United Methodist Church in Martin with burial to follow in East Side Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, November 20, 2009, at the funeral home; 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M., or after 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the church until funeral time at 11:00 A.M.

Mrs. Fisher was preceded in death by husbands, Baxter J. Fisher, Jr. and Everett Andrew Smith, Jr. She is survived by sons, Everett Andrew (Sonny) Smith, III of Rockport, TX, William E. (Susan) Smith of Panama City Beach, FL, James B. (Stacye) Fisher of Martin; daughters, Sandra Ann Chesney of Knoxville and Lucy (William) Milton of Brentwood, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest A. Rowe and Lucille Bennett Rowe; brothers, Ernest Rowe and Edward Rowe.

Mrs. Fisher formally owned and operated The Fashion Corner Women's Shop in Martin. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Martin.
